We all try to stay in shape and keep a healthy lifestyle.

I want to recommend a recipe which is very easy to make, tasty and filling.
You can eat it for breakfast or  replace sweets and unhealthy snacks.

 Have to do is to  take 0 % of fat yogurt and add into muesli (of any kind), add some fruit (whatever you like).
Finally add Silan (date syrup) to be a little sweet.
* I recommend adding almonds .
